Founder & Managing Partner

Naresh has 12+ years of private equity experience of leading investments in profitable growth businesses in healthcare and consumer businesses in India . He has invested in marquee assets such as India's #1 fertility services company, India's #1 nutritional ingredients platform, India's #1 women's brands platform, India's #1 biopharma focused tech services company, India's #2 QSR platform and one of India's leading oncology injectables portfolio.

Naresh has previously worked with TA Associates, McKinsey & Company, Schlumberger and ICICI Venture. He received his MBA as an Edward Tuck Scholar with distinction from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and his B.Tech.(Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Outside of work, Naresh likes to spend time with his family, reading, swimming, hiking and playing racquet sports. 

Head of Finance

Mohit leads finance, regulatory and IT functions at Jashvik Capital. 

Mohit is a seasoned finance professional with background in business finance, controllership, investor relations and budgeting. Prior to joining Jashvik, he was the group financial controller at India's #1 IVF chain, Indira IVF where he played a key role in building financial systems and processes that enabled the company to become a clear leader in its sector. At Indira, Mohit was also instrumental in undertaking the transformation agenda of the private equity investor.  Before joining Indira IVF, Mohit worked Deloitte in the M&A Transaction advisory practice and Nexdigm in business advisory practice.

Mohit is a rank holder Chartered Accountant and holds a B.Com. Degree. He has also completed an integrated program in business analytics from IIM Indore.

In his free time, Mohit enjoys trying out new recipes and experimenting with different vegetarian cuisines in the kitchen. He is an avid cricket fan and loves to play the game whenever he gets the chance.

Principal

Shamik focuses on investments in Healthcare/Pharma and Consumer sectors. 

Prior to joining Jashvik, Shamik was working with Credit Suisse (UBS) India as a part of the Investment Banking and Capital Markets team. He was a Director at Credit Suisse and was heading the consumer and retail sectors while also covering healthcare and pharma. He was a member of the Global Banking India Management team. Before Credit Suisse, Shamik had worked with JM Financial and Ernst & Young at senior positions. 

In a career spanning over 15 years Shamik has successfully leadand executed multiple marquee transactions both in private and public space with total transaction value north of USD 5bn.

Shamik has earned his MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur and his Bachelor's degree in Technology (Computer Science) from NIT, Nagpur. 

Shamik is passionate about reading and loves to play with his son during his free time.  

Senior Associate

Shubhankar focuses on investments in Healthcare/Pharma and Consumer sectors.

Prior to joining Jashvik, Shubhankar was with Motilal Oswal in their Private Equity team. There he evaluated investment opportunities across multiple sectors and invested in Simpolo Tiles, a leading building materials company. Shubhankar also helped manage multiple portfolio companies. 

Shubhankar has earned his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A) and his Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.

Shubhankar has been a national-level boxer and is passionate about poker. 

Senior Operating Advisor

Sankar advises the firm on topics related to strategy, go to market models, domestic sales excellence for target and portfolio companies in domestic pharma and sectors with comparable business models. 

Immediately prior to Jashvik, Sankar was the CEO & Director of Curatio Healthcare, a domestic dermo-cosmetic pharma company where he scaled the business value by ~7x and successfully exited the business to Torrent Pharma, a large Indian strategic. 

Prior to Curatio, Sankar was in various senior leadership roles at Dr. Reddy's over a 25 year stint. During this period, Sankar led large teams to create brands across therapeutic areas and managed to place the Gastroenterology, CV and Oral care portfolios of Dr.Reddy’s in leadership positions. 

Over his 35 year career in Pharma Industry, Sankar has strategized and crafted long and short-term business plans and strategies to build brands in India and emerging markets . 

Sankar enjoys traveling with family , loves music and been a student of a Carnatic musical instrument since 2022.

Operating Advisor - Digital Strategy

An ROI-driven professional, Kiran has extensive experience in managing global go-to-market programs and is motivated by complex growth challenges, especially those solved through the intersection of product and marketing.

Prior to joining Jashvik, Kiran collaborated with Accel portfolio companies, where he tackled critical Product Led Growth issues and provided impactful solutions. He played a pivotal role in improving bottom-line profitability by organically growing the user base & increasing retention. Kiran has experience setting up and maintained user metrics reporting, benchmarking, and processes that safeguard businesses against any channel updates. His expertise spans Mobile First, Security, Performance, Automation and AI First strategies.

Kiran holds a B.E. degree from the National Institute of Science and Technology (NIST). In his free time, he enjoys engaging in social activities and giving back to the community.

Analyst 

Priyansh focuses on investments in Healthcare/Pharma and Consumer sectors.

Prior to joining Jashvik, Priyansh got experience in private equity and advisory roles with firms like Motilal Oswal Private Equity and KPMG in sectors such as financial services, healthcare and consumer. 

Priyansh is an All-India Rank-holder across all levels of Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from H.R. College of Commerce & Economics in Mumbai.

Outside of his work, Priyansh enjoys trekking, watching sitcoms and board games. 

Analyst 

Prakhar focuses on investments in Healthcare/Pharma and Consumer sectors. 

Prior to joining Jashvik, Prakhar was in investing and advisory roles with DMI Finance and Ernst & Young, respectively, in sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing, and enterprise technology.

Prakhar is an All-India Rank holder Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Pune University.

Prakhar has been a state-level cricketer. Outside of work, he enjoys long-distance running, trying out different cuisines, and reading.

Analyst 

Vedangi focuses on investments in Healthcare/Pharma and Consumer sectors.

Prior to joining Jashvik, Vedangi has the experience of managing end to end financial planning and forecasting of prestige beauty brands like MAC, Smashbox, Too Faced and Tom Ford at Estee Lauder Companies. During her articleship at EY, she had the opportunity to be a part of engagements across multiple industries such as Graphite manufacturing, Paint and Drug discovery and development.

Vedangi is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.

Outside work, Vedangi enjoys dancing, exploring random spots in the city and reading. She is passionate about art and has completed a 5 year course in painting.  

Analyst 

Divyanshu focuses on investments in Healthcare/Pharma and Consumer sectors.

Prior to joining Jashvik, Divyanshu worked at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Divyanshu is a Chartered Accountant, has cleared 2 levels of the CFA(USA) program and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from St. Xavier’s College in Kolkata. 

Outside of work, Divyanshu enjoys travelling, watching sitcoms and is passionate about cricket, badminton and poker.
